Use of Proprietary Components Clause Samples

Use of Proprietary Components. SCI agrees to use Proprietary Components for the sole purpose of producing the Products, Service Units and Spare Parts for Intergraph and not for any other purpose. SCI agrees not to engage in, nor will it authorize others to engage in, the reverse engineering, disassembly or the decompilation of any Proprietary Components.

Use of Proprietary Components. Supplier agrees to use Fortinet supplied components required for manufacture of the Products (“Proprietary Components”), for the sole purpose of producing the Products exclusively for Fortinet and not for any other purpose. Supplier agrees not to engage in, nor will it authorize others to engage in, the reverse engineering, disassembly or the de-compilation of any Proprietary Components.
