Use of Qlik Products. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Qlik grants to Customer a world-wide, non- exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right for its Authorized Users to access or use Qlik Products for Customer’s internal business operations and for External Use, provided any use of Qlik Products shall be (i) in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement; and (ii) for the authorized scope and quantities which may be specified in an Order Form.
