Use of Received Products. The Partner Agency agrees that it will not sell or use products obtained from the Food Bank or through its donor network in exchange for money, other property or services, including using products for the purpose of fundraising programs or other events. This includes (but is not limited to) food and non-food products received through the Store Retail Donor Program (store rescue). The Partner Agency also agrees that it will comply with the restrictions on the use and transfer of donated property, as described in IRS Tax Code Section 170(e)(3) and any amendments to the Code (See the Federal Register/Vol. 47, No.21/Monday, February 1982/Rules and Regulations, pp. 4509-4512).

  • Use of Recycled Products Consultant shall prepare and submit all reports, written studies and other printed material on recycled paper to the extent it is available at equal or less cost than virgin paper.

  • Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.

  • USE OF RECYCLED OR REMANUFACTURED MATERIALS New York State supports and encourages contractors to use recycled, remanufactured or recovered materials in the manufacture of products and packaging to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the product or packaging unless such use is precluded due to health or safety requirements or product specifications contained herein. Refurbished or remanufactured components or products are required to be restored to original performance and regulatory standards and functions and are required to meet all other requirements of this bid solicitation. Warranties on refurbished or remanufactured components or products must be identical to the manufacturer's new equipment warranty or industry's normal warranty when remanufacturer does not offer new equipment. See "Remanufactured, Recycled, Recyclable or Recovered Materials" in Appendix B, OGS General Specifications.

  • Price for Products (a) All Products Delivered to Buyer in accordance with this Agreement shall be purchased by Buyer at the Price specified on the Cover Sheet hereto and in accordance with this Section 5.1.
