Common use of Use of Restrooms Clause in Contracts

Use of Restrooms. The toilets, urinals, wash bowls and other plumbing fixtures will not be used for any purposes other than those for which they were constructed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other foreign substances will be thrown in them. All damages resulting from any misuse of the fixtures will be borne by the tenant who, or whose servants, employees, agents, visitors or licensees, have caused the damage.
