Jobsite. A. Areas of the Project site which may be used by Contractor for its office and staging are limited and shall be approved by Owner and any authorities having jurisdiction over the site before Contractor commences the Work. Owner shall have the right to reasonably change the location of such areas from time to time upon reasonable notice to Contractor. Further, Contractor acknowledges that areas for parking vehicles and storing equipment and materials at the jobsite are limited. Contractor shall provide adequate supervision to ensure that no subcontractors or others performing the Work violate any of the foregoing restrictions.

Jobsite. Any physical location or other place on, under, in, at or through which any aspect of the Work is performed.
Jobsite. Client represents and warrants that Client has, and at all times will have, authority to grant access, and does hereby authorize and grant access, to Company to enter the property or properties where the Services are performed ("Job Site"), including all streets, sidewalks, and all surrounding property or areas necessary to gain access to or remove material from the Job Site. Client understands and agrees that Company has relied upon this representation and warranty to perform the Services. Client further represents and warrants that the Job Site is not in violation of any applicable codes, ordinances, statutes, or other governmental regulations. While Company may assist, Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits in connection with the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Company has made no survey of the property.
Jobsite. NO REPAIRS shall be made on the jobsite to equipment that is being operated by employees covered by this Agreement except by or under the supervision of an employee covered by this Agreement or another Agreement with Operating Engineers Local 324, but such employee may not operate such equipment.

Jobsite. TRANSPORTATION Whenever, because of remoteness of parking areas, hazardous road conditions or security restrictions, the Employer is required to furnish transportation for men within the jobsite to the place of their “work”, this transportation shall be equipped with seats and handrails.
