USE OF RIGEL ASSAYS. Xxxxxxx shall use the Rigel Technology Assays for the Internal Xxxxxxx Research only, and shall not transfer or otherwise grant access to such assays to any Affiliate or Third Party, other than to permitted sublicensees pursuant to Section 5.4.
