Use of Roadways Before Final Acceptance of the Work. The City shall have the right before the final acceptance of all Work under this Contract, to open the vehicular traffic in those areas adjacent to the structures upon which Work has been completed, and the Contractor shall carry on its Work so as not to interfere with or endanger such vehicular traffic and shall make no claim for damages on account thereof.
