Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space. 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide CCI with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
3.2.1.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, CCI must have a Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop.
3.2.1.2 CCI may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of CCI’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of CCI in a central office in which CCI is located, CCI shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and CCI shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when CCI orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for CCI’s data.

3.2.1.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, Lightning Communications must have a Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop.
3.2.1.2 Lightning Communications may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of Lightning Communications’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Lightning Communications in a central office in which Lightning Communications is located, Lightning Communications shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and Lightning Communications shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when Lightning Communications orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for Lightning Communications’s data.

3.2.1.2 SPARDI may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. 3.2.1.2 EZ Phone may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of EZ Phone’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of EZ Phone in a central office in which EZ Phone is located, EZ Phone shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and EZ Phone shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when EZ Phone orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.

3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Telepak Networks in a central office in which Telepak Networks is located, Telepak Networks shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and Xxxxxxx Networks shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when Telepak Networks orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for Telepak Networks’s data.

3.2.1.2 Southern Telecom may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of Southern Telecom’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Southern Telecom in a central office in which Southern Telecom is located, Southern Telecom shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and Southern Telecom shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when Southern Telecom orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.

3.2.1.2 Freedom may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of Freedom’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Freedom in a central office in which Freedom is located, Freedom shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and Freedom shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when Freedom orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for Freedom’s data.
Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space. BellSouth will provide Knology with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
3.2.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, Knology must have a Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop.
3.2.1.1 Knology may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of Knology’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.2 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Knology in a central office in which Knology is located, Knology shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will bill and Knology shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges, as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment, as applicable when Knology orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.3 Once BellSouth has placed cross-connects on behalf of Knology to provide Knology access to the High Frequency Spectrum and chooses to rearrange its splitter or CLEC pairs, Knology may order the rearrangement of its splitter or cable pairs via “Subsequent Activity”. Subsequent Activity is any rearrangement of Knology’s cable pairs or splitter ports after BellSouth has placed cross- connection to provide Knology access to the High Frequency Spectrum.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for Knology’s data.
Provisioning of Line Sharing and Splitter Space. 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide Rent-A-Line with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
3.2.1.1 To order High Frequency Spectrum on a particular Loop, Rent-A-Line must have a Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) collocated in the central office that serves the End User of such Loop.
3.2.1.2 Rent-A-Line may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. BellSouth will install splitters within thirty-six (36) calendar days of Rent-A-Line’s submission of an error free Line Splitter Ordering Document (LSOD) to the BellSouth Complex Resale Support Group.
3.2.1.3 Once a splitter is installed on behalf of Rent-A-Line in a central office in which Rent-A-Line is located, Rent-A-Line shall be entitled to order the High Frequency Spectrum on lines served out of that central office. BellSouth will xxxx and Rent-A- Line shall pay the electronic or manual ordering charges as applicable when Rent- A-Line orders High Frequency Spectrum for End User service.
3.2.1.4 BellSouth shall test the data portion of the Loop to ensure the continuity of the wiring for Rent-A-Line’s data.
