Use of School Band Data. NAVER will not disclose School Band Data, except to its affiliates, employees, professional advisors, agents, subcontractors, or sub-processors who have a legal obligation to maintain its confidentiality. NAVER will use the School Band Data only to exercise rights and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, while using reasonable care to protect it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, NAVER may disclose School Band Data pursuant to request made under law, governmental regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, governmental regulatory or agency request, or other valid legal authority, legal procedure, or similar process, or as otherwise permitted under FERPA.
