Use of SCS Resources. Regardless of the location from which Nursing Services shall be provided, Contractor Employees shall not misuse SCS resources. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to data files; use of information data systems; use of SCS' telecommunications network; use of office supplies and other materials; and use of clerical support staff members. Contractor Employees who misuse SCS' resources are subject to replacement, without cost to SCS. Contractor agrees to reimburse SCS for the cost of the misused resources.
