Use of Shafts and Utility Connections. Landlord shall have reasonable access, and shall be entitled to allow other tenants reasonable access, through existing Building shafts to other portions of the Building (including the roof and mechanical floors), or to utility connections outside the Building, for the installation, repair, and maintenance of ducts, pipes, connections, and equipment for cables, conduits, transmitters, receivers, and other office, computer, communications and word and data processing equipment and facilities, including any technological devices not yet developed, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing, which may hereafter become necessary or desirable for any permitted use of the Property; provided, however, that to the extent such shafts or utility connections are located within or adjacent to the Premises, such access shall not materially interfere with Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises and any access to the Premises shall be subject to the terms of Section 27.1.
