Common use of Use of Sub-Contractors Clause in Contracts

Use of Sub-Contractors. You will not sub-contract any aspects of the services to anyone else without our prior written consent. If we allow you to use sub-contractors, you will be fully responsible for the fulfilment of your obligations under this agreement, including where any obligations are to be performed by your sub-contractors. The provisions of this agreement will be flown down to any approved subcontractor and both we and the client will have the right to enforce such provisions directly against the approved subcontractor in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000.
