Use of the Accepted Buses. The LEA will not install, use, operate or maintain the Accepted Buses improperly, carelessly, in violation of any applicable law or regulations or in a manner contrary to that contemplated by this Agreement. The LEA shall obtain and maintain all permits and licenses necessary for the operation of the Accepted Buses.
