Common use of Use of the Apartment Clause in Contracts

Use of the Apartment. Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for any purposes other than that as may be sanctioned or permitted by the competent authority. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, godown of any type, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
