Use of the Licensed. IPR Neither Party will, except with the prior written consent of the other Party: (a) alter, add to, deface or remove in any manner any packaging or Labels for the Products or any reference to the relevant Licensed IPR, the other Party or to any other name whether attached or affixed to the Products or their packaging or Labels; or (b) use, in relation to the Products, any trade marks other than the relevant Licensed IPR.
