Common use of Use of the Line Clause in Contracts

Use of the Line. You acknowledge there may be a delay between when you select us to supply the Service and when our Suppliers have completed all steps necessary to enable you to acquire the Service from us. Similarly, if you wish to change your selection from us, there may be a delay between when you select a provider other than us and when that selection is implemented by that provider. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any delay, or any act or omission of, any third party in respect of the churn (i.e. transfer) process.
