Common use of Use of the Maps Service Clause in Contracts

Use of the Maps Service. 1.1 Your Application may access the Apple Maps Service only via the MapKit API. You agree not to access the Apple Maps Service or the Map Data other than through the MapKit API. 1.2 You will use the Apple Maps Service and Map Data only as necessary for providing services and functionality for Your Application. You agree to use the Apple Maps Service and MapKit API only as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including but not limited to this Attachment 6) and the MapKit Documentation, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 1.3 You acknowledge and agree that results You receive from the Apple Maps Service may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors that can affect the accuracy of the Map Data, such as weather, road and traffic conditions, and geopolitical events.
