Common use of Use of the Project Site Clause in Contracts

Use of the Project Site. a) Pursuant to Clause 4.1, the Developer shall have the right to enter upon, occupy and use the Project Site and to make at its costs, charges and expenses such investigations and development activities (including but not limited to land filling, levelling, clearing, landscaping and related works including overcoming site constraints, if any) and any other activity as may be necessary or appropriate to implement the Project.
