Use of the Real Properties. Boise Cascade and Oxford have used the Rumford Facility in conformity with any Certificate of Occupancy ("CO") issued for the Rumford Facility. No proceeding is currently pending or threatened regarding the revocation or limitation of any CO issued for the Rumford Facility, and to Boise Cascade's knowledge, there is no basis or grounds for any such revocation.
