Certificate of Occupancy definition

Certificate of Occupancy means any temporary certificate of occupancy, any permanent certificate of occupancy or any other local equivalent of either of the foregoing.
Certificate of Occupancy means a document issued by the Town certifying that the building or structure, or portion thereof, complies with the approved construction documents that have been submitted to, and approved by the Town, and indicating that the building or structure, or portion thereof, is in a condition suitable for occupancy.
Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 7 of this local law.

More Definitions of Certificate of Occupancy

Certificate of Occupancy means a final certificate of occupancy issued by the City for the Development, or equivalent final inspection.
Certificate of Occupancy means with respect to each Building comprising the Project, a Residential Use Permit issued by the Department of Public Works and Environmental Services pursuant to Part 7, Section 18 of the Zoning Ordinance of Fairfax County, Virginia or successor agency or successor statute.
