Certificate of Occupancy definition

Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate of occupancy, governmental sign-off or other document, permit or approval (whether conditional, unconditional, temporary or permanent) which must be obtained by Landlord from the appropriate governmental authority as a condition to the lawful initial occupancy by Tenant of the Expansion Space that is the subject of the Work.
Certificate of Occupancy means a document issued by the Town certifying that the building or structure, or portion thereof, complies with the approved construction documents that have been submitted to, and approved by the Town, and indicating that the building or structure, or portion thereof, is in a condition suitable for occupancy.
Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 7 of this local law.

More Definitions of Certificate of Occupancy

Certificate of Occupancy means the final certificate of occupancy issued by the City for the construction of the Developer Improvements.
