Common use of USE OF THE SERVICES AND VERIZON WEBSITES Clause in Contracts

USE OF THE SERVICES AND VERIZON WEBSITES. 5.1 Residential Use. The Services provided under this Agreement are solely for Subscriber's personal, residential use and Subscriber shall not use Services for any commercial purpose. Verizon, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to determine what constitutes residential use and may require you to obtain a commercial account. Your use of the Service(s) and Equipment may not cause harm to our network, may not be used to commit fraud or constitute an abuse of the Service(s) or Equipment and must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy which is set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
