Lawful Use. The Product is solely for lawful purposes and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Product is in accordance with this agreement and any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other government authority.
Lawful Use. I will use the Property in compliance with all laws, ordinances and other requirements of any governmental authority.
Lawful Use. The Services is solely for lawful purposes and use. You are responsible for ensuring that all use of the Services is in accordance with this Agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other government authority. The Services is provided subject to this standard commercial agreement and qualifies as commercial computer Services within the meaning of the applicable government acquisition laws.
Lawful Use. Lessee agrees that Lessee and Lessee's family and guests shall use and occupy the Leased premises for residential purposes only. Lessee further agrees to refrain from any conduct that disturbs or interferes with the privacy and quiet enjoyment of neighbors to the premises.
Lawful Use. 4.01 LICENSEE represents and warrants that advertising and promotional materials and all other materials in connection with which the INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY used by LICENSEE under this Agreement shall be lawful. LICENSEE shall use diligent efforts to provide in advance to LICENSOR copies or samples of the form of advertising, promotional materials and other materials used in connection with the INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; said copies or samples to be sent to LICENSOR at its address for notice as hereinafter specified.
Lawful Use. The Software is solely for lawful purposes and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software is in accordance with this agreement and any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other government authority.
Lawful Use. The Ship shall not be employed:
(a) in any way or in any activity which is unlawful under international law or the domestic laws of any relevant country;
(b) in carrying illicit or prohibited goods;
(c) in a way which may make it liable to be condemned by a prize court or destroyed, seized or confiscated; or
(d) if there are hostilities in any part of the world (whether war has been declared or not), in carrying contraband goods and the persons responsible for the operation of the Ship shall take all necessary and proper precautions to ensure that this does not happen, including participation in industry or other voluntary schemes available to the Ship and in which leading operators of ships operating under the same flag or engaged in similar trades generally participate at the relevant time.
Lawful Use. Lessee shall not permit the Aircraft to be maintained, used, or operated in violation of any Law of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction, or contrary to any Manufacturer’s operating manuals and instructions, or in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license, registration or AD relating to the Aircraft issued by any such Governmental Entity. Lessee shall not cause or permit the Aircraft to proceed to, or remain at, any location which is then the subject of a prohibition order (or any similar order or directive), sanctions or restrictions by or under any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over Lessee or the Aircraft.
Lawful Use. Xxxxxx agrees that it will not engage in any illegal activities on the Property, nor will Tenant knowingly allow others to engage in any illegal activities on Property.
Lawful Use. 1. Lessee shall use the Premises in a lawful manner; thus, Lessee shall not permit violations of any laws, including those pertaining to alcohol and other drugs.
2. Lessee shall use the Premises as a residential dwelling; thus, Lessee shall not disturb or annoy other residents of the Premises or the neighborhood.
3. Lessee shall not cause nor maintain any dangerous, noxious or offensive activity that might constitute a nuisance to others.
