Common use of Use of the Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Use of the Settlement Fund. As further described in this Agreement and in Exhibit B, the Settlement Fund, upon final approval, shall be used by the Settlement Administrator to pay for the following (although not in this order): (1) reimbursement for Unreimbursed Economic Losses; (2) Credit Monitoring Services; (3) Pro Rata Cash Payments; (4) Notice and Administrative Expenses; (5) Service Award payments approved by the Court; and (6) the Attorney Fee Award and Expenses awarded by the Court.
