USE OF THE WATER FIXTURES. Water closets and other water fixtures shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they are intended, and any damage resulting to such fixtures from misuse on the part of the Tenant shall be paid for by Tenant, except to the extent such payment is made from proceeds of insurance to Landlord.
