Common use of Use of Timber Sale Area Clause in Contracts

Use of Timber Sale Area. The PURCHASER may only use the Timber Sale Area for actions related to the harvest of Merchantable Timber. The Timber Sale Area may not be used for any other commercial purpose. Existing facilities owned by the STATE in the sale area, including but not limited to roads, bridges, gates, culverts, and signs may be used by the PURCHASER in connection with this sale without further approval unless such use is limited or prevented elsewhere in this contract. Existing improvements used by the PURCHASER must be kept in good repair by the PURCHASER.
