The use of the name of UNIVERSITY, or any contraction thereof, in any manner in connection with the exercise of this LICENSE AGREEMENT is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of UNIVERSITY, except as otherwise may be required by applicable law, or any judicial, governmental, regulatory or stock exchange requirement, regulation, rule or order.
