Common use of Use of Works by Municipality Clause in Contracts

Use of Works by Municipality. The Developer agrees that: (a) The Works may be used prior to acceptance by the Municipality, or other authorized persons for the purposes for which such works were designed. (b) Such use shall not be deemed an acceptance of the Works by the Municipality. (c) Such use shall not in any way relieve the Developer of his obligations in respect of the construction and maintenance of the Works so used.
