Use of WORLDSPAN Logo. MICROSOFT agrees that it will include the WORLDSPAN Wired logo on the bottom of the MICROSOFT Expedia home page. Placement and size of the logo will be determined by MICROSOFT, however MICROSOFT will use its best efforts to feature the WORLDSPAN logo in a manner similar to the presentation of any other third party logo featured on the MICROSOFT Expedia home page.
