Common use of Use subject to this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Use subject to this Agreement. The Owner and the Shipping Agent acknowledge and agree that upon submitting an Application to Port of Melbourne, their access to and use of the Dedicated Facility for a Permitted Use during the Access Period is subject to and must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
