Contractor shall Collect Used Motor Oil and Used Motor Oil Filters placed at the Collection location by Customer for Collection in Contractor-provided or Contractor-approved Containers. Contractor shall not be required to Collect more than five (5) gallons of Used Motor Oil per Customer per Collection. Diversion of Used Motor Oil shall be calculated with a conversion factor of one (1) gallon of Used Motor Oil equaling seven (7) pounds.
