Small and medium-sized enterprises. 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms).
3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. 1. The Parties shall aim to develop and strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises and their associations and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Cooperation shall include technical assistance, in particular in the following areas: - The development of a legislative framework for SMEs; - The development of an appropriate infrastructure (an agency to support SMEs, communications, assistance to the creation of a fund for SMEs); - The development of technology parks; - Training in the areas of marketing, accounting and control of the quality of products.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. The Parties will promote a favorable environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Small and medium-sized enterprises. Cooperation between the Parties shall be aimed at developing and strengthening private sector small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of new undertakings in areas offering potential for growth and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and in Serbia. Cooperation shall take due account of priority areas related to the Community acquis in the field of SMEs, as well as the ten guidelines enshrined in the European Charter for Small Enterprises.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. 1. The Parties shall aim to develop and strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises and their associations and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and the Republic of Xxxxxxx.
0. Cooperation shall include technical assistance, in particular in the following areas: — the development of a legislative framework for SMEs, — the development of an appropriate infrastructure (an agency to support SMEs, communications, assistance in the creation of a fund for SMEs), — the development of technology parks.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. 33.1 Subject to Clause 33.3, the Supplier shall implement such processes and measures as may be appropriate so as to ensure that, where the Supplier is proposing to subcontract any of the Deployed Services prior to or at any time during the Term, SMEs (when compared with other potential Subcontractors) are given fair, equal and proportionate access to the subcontracting opportunity. At a minimum, the Supplier shall:
33.1.1 to the extent practicable, advertise its subcontracting opportunities in a form which is accessible by all potential Subcontractors including SMEs (for example, on the Government's Contracts Finder website); and
33.1.2 propose to potential Subcontractors that are SMEs, such commercial, financial and technical terms and conditions that are, where appropriate and proportionate to the nature, size and capacity of the proposed Subcontractor and having regard to the services to be subcontracted, no more onerous than the relevant terms and conditions proposed by the Supplier to other potential Subcontractors.
33.2 The Supplier shall report on its engagement with, and the opportunities made available to, SMEs pursuant to Clauses 33.1 and 33.3 in accordance with Schedule 6.4 (Reports). The Supplier shall be entitled to withhold specific details about the relevant SMEs to the extent this would place the Supplier in breach of confidentiality obligations owed by the Supplier to such SMEs.
33.3 Nothing in this Clause 33 shall require the Supplier to disrupt or not utilise contracted supply chain arrangements which are in place for the purposes of the Supplier's wider business and which are in effect prior to, or which come into effect after, the Effective Date, provided that the Supplier can demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority that such supply chain arrangements are consistent with the SME objectives set out in this Clause 33.

2. Cooperation shall include technical assistance, in particular in the following areas: The development of a legislative framework for SMEs, The development of an appropriate infrastructure (an agency to support SMEs, communications, assistance to the creation of a fund for SMEs), The development of technology parks.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. The Parties reserve the right to apply a ten percent (10%) price preference for the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in their respective countries.
Small and medium-sized enterprises. 1. The Parties shall aim to develop and strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and Estonia.
2. They shall encourage the exchange of information and know-how by means of: - improving, where appropriate, the legal, administrative, technical, tax and financial conditions necessary for the setting-up and expansion of SMEs and for cross-border cooperation, - providing the specialised services required by SMEs (management training, accounting, marketing, quality control, etc.) and the strengthening of agencies providing such services, - establishing appropriate links with Community operators via European business cooperation networks, in order to improve the flow of information to SMEs and to promote cross-border cooperation.
3. The cooperation shall include the supply of technical assistance, in particular for the establishment of appropriate institutional back-up for SMEs at both national and regional level, regarding financial, training, advisory, technological and marketing services.

The Parties shall aim to develop and strengthen private sector small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of new undertakings in areas offering potential for growth and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
