Common use of User Charge Clause in Contracts

User Charge. The Buyer understands and accepts that (1) some facilities of the Said Club will be available for use free of charge by members while other facilities will be on a pay by use basis and (2) the rate, schedule etc. will be determined at the time of the opening of the Said Club, at the sole discretion of the Developer.
