Common use of User Content License Clause in Contracts

Customer hereby grants to Provider a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to access, use, host, copy, display, process, transmit, and deliver the User Content as necessary or convenient for Provider to comply with its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement.
