User Responsibilities. a. Identify and manage the designated individuals with logins and passwords to the Service. b. Initial import and ongoing maintenance of User data for the Service, including resolution of any file format validation issues, data gaps or other issues preventing User data from being imported into the Service. User data for the initial import will be provided in the GHX specified content and format. c. Provide, maintain and manage all resources and cooperation from User, its Affiliates and third party vendors required for the Service. d. For NEXUS Group Master, User has all necessary rights, authorizations or consents to share catalogue and contract data with then-current members of the Group. If these rights, authoriza- tions or consents are not granted, User must exclude all data sharing from the Service. User will inform GHX of Group membership changes so that access to the Service is limited to then-current members of the Group.
