Winterization. On or about October 1 of each year, City shall winterize the irrigation systems and the buildings/structures on the Premises. An official from the Parks Department shall contact Lessee to schedule a mutually agreeable winterization date. Lessee shall provide the Parks Department with an accurate list of contacts prior to September 15 to ensure City’s efficient access to the Premises and its facilities. Lessee shall have all systems in working order on the winterization date to ensure proper winterization.
Winterization. Lessee shall ensure that all building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems, are operational through the season ensure proper winterization at the end of the season. Lessee shall ensure that all irrigation zones are operational with no leaks in piping or sprinkler heads, to ensure proper winterization. Lessee shall report any modifications to the building systems or sprinkler system zones to Parks Division prior to the end of the season to ensure proper operation and winterization.
Winterization. User shall ensure that all building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems, are operational through the season ensure proper winterization at the end of the season. User shall ensure that all irrigation zones are operational with no leaks in piping or sprinkler heads, to ensure proper winterization. User shall report any modifications to the building systems or sprinkler system zones to the Parks Division Manager prior to the end of the season to ensure proper operation and winterization.
Winterization. All boats are required to be fully winterized for the winter season, i.e. usually November through March. No unattended electric heaters are allowed. Marina does not guarantee that electrical service shall be continuous. Xxxxxx shall have the right to disconnect any heating or air conditioning system, which in Xxxxxx’s reasonable opinion, constitute a fire hazard. Xxxxxx will promptly notify the Boat Owner should this happen.
Winterization. Altisource will winterize all vacant and abandoned REO Properties to minimize freeze damage to plumbing or heating systems as required based on the type of heating system. Altisource may also perform winterization re-checks as required.
Winterization. Each camper has to be winterized from November to April (period may vary depending on the weather and temperatures) to prevent freezing. This will include the water pipes, toilet, fresh water tanks, sink, shower, external shower, hot water heater and holding tanks. Winterization requires that water be drained from the fresh water tank, hot water heater and both waste tanks. Once the vehicle is winterized, no water can be put into the fresh water tank and it cannot be hooked up to the city water supply any longer. Therefore, no water at all is available in the camper. It is the renter's responsibility to have the vehicle re‐winterized on the return trip at his/her own expense (if de‐winterized for a trip to an area with warmer temperatures). If the renter fails to do so, he /she will be charged a fee, regardless of the outside temperatures! The renter will also be responsible for the cost of burst water pipes, water tanks, hot water system, etc.
Winterization. Resident is responsible for “winterizing” the premises, if applicable, including, but not limited to purchasing and installing foam covers over outdoor faucets, shoveling snow, laying salt to prevent slipping and keeping heat at a temperature to prevent freezing pipes.
Winterization. The outside water faucets are in proper repair at the time of occupancy and any repairs caused said faucets by freezing due to leaving the hoses attached during winter months and or TENANTS negligence shall be the responsibility of the TENANTS. Also, any damage to a sprinkler system due to freezing because TENANT failed to have the system professionally winterized (blown out) and or TENANTS negligence shall be repaired at the TENANT’S expense. TENANT MUST PROVIDE RECEIPT OF SPRINKLER WINTERIZATION each year.
Winterization. The Contractor shall turn off the sprinkler system at the meter. Air shall be forced through the system via the blow out tubes on the systems. Air shall pass through each system expelling all water. Care shall be taken when blowing out, as excessive pressure will damage the sprinkler system. It is recommended that air pressure does not exceed normal irrigation system operation pressures. Backflow device ball valves should be left in a partial open or partial closed position to prevent damage from trapped water that will freeze. A second blow out may be necessary on larger systems. Contractor will be responsible for any freeze damage. This should be scheduled no later than October 31 (smaller systems and backflow devices will freeze rapidly). Do not wrap backflow devices with insulation. Take care to winterize flow sensors in irrigation system. Excessive air pressure and heat from excessive length of time blowing air will damage the flow sensor. Utilize blowout tubes beyond the flow sensor whenever possible.
Winterization the process of diluting cannabis or hemp extraction with food-grade ethanol and storing the solution in a sub-zero Fahrenheit freezer to cause waxes and lipids to come out of solution for removal by filtration.
