User responsible for Gas Testing Sample Clauses
This clause assigns the responsibility for conducting gas testing to the user. In practice, this means that before using certain equipment or entering specific areas, the user must ensure that appropriate gas tests are performed to detect hazardous gases or confirm safe atmospheric conditions. By clearly designating this duty, the clause helps prevent accidents related to undetected gas hazards and clarifies accountability for safety procedures.
