Gas Quality Sample Clauses

Gas Quality. The quality of the Natural Gas quantities provided by the Storage Customer at the Point Of Transfer For Injection according to Article 3 and the Natural Gas quantities provided by SSO at the Point Of Transfer For Withdrawal according to Article 3 shall conform to the requirements published by the adjacent Transmission System Operator.
Gas Quality. 8.1 The quality of Natural Gas delivered by Shipper to Carrier for Transit Services through the Pipeline System at: (i) IP OL, as determined on the basis of the data deriving from the measuring station owned and operated by GRTgaz in the area of Oltingue; (ii) IP WB, as determined on the basis of the data deriving from the measuring station owned and operated by Transitgas in the area of Wallbach; and (iii) IP GP, as determined on the basis of the data deriving from the measuring station owned and operated by Snam Rete Gas S.p.A. in the area of Masera, shall comply with the specifications (the “Quality Specifications”) agreed between Transitgas and the operators of the adjacent gas transit systems in the respective Interconnection Agreements. Carrier shall keep Shipper duly informed of any changes to the Quality Specifications contained in these Interconnection Agreements. Shipper and Carrier shall inform each other as soon as one of them becomes aware that Natural Gas physically delivered does not comply with said Quality Specifications (“Off-Spec Gas”). 8.2 Carrier shall be entitled to refuse to take delivery of and transit Off-Spec Gas and such Off-Spec Gas shall be deemed as not delivered at the Delivery Point by Shipper for all purposes of this Agreement. In this case, if Off-Spec Gas is nevertheless physically delivered at the Delivery Point, Shipper shall promptly indemnify Carrier from and against: (i) all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Carrier in cleaning and clearing the Pipeline System and/or in taking reasonable measures to secure that the Pipeline System can be operated; and (ii) all damages claimed by third parties toward Carrier and deriving directly from said Off-Spec Gas. The above mentioned costs and damages shall be properly and duly documented by Carrier. 8.3 Shipper acknowledges that its Natural Gas delivered at the Delivery Point to be transited under this Agreement shall be transited through the Pipeline System together with and not separate from quantities of Natural Gas of other shippers that deliver Natural Gas at the same Delivery Point. It is therefore acknowledged that, if the natural gas delivered at the same Delivery Point hereunder fails to comply with the Quality Specification, also Shipper’s Natural Gas delivered at the same Delivery Point shall be deemed not to comply with the Quality Specification. 8.4 The quality of Natural Gas redelivered by Carrier at the Redelivery Point, as determined on the basis of the ...
Gas Quality. 13.1 Gas shall comply with Gas Specifications (a) All gas supplied by the Shipper at any Receipt Point and by the Service Provider at any Delivery Point must: have measured or calculated values for certain parameters within stated tolerances, as specified in Schedule 1; and be free, by normal commercial standards, from objectionable odours and from sand, dust and other solid or liquid matters, crude oil, waxes, gums and gum forming constituents, aromatic hydrocarbons, fluorine, chlorine, glycols, methanol, trace metals including but not limited to sodium, potassium, calcium, lead, vanadium, magnesium, lithium, cadmium, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, phosphorus, boron, gallium, and indium and any other substance or thing, (together, the Gas Specifications). (b) If at any time during the Term, amendments to gas specifications for transmission pipelines are required by any Law to be applied by the Service Provider to the VicHub or any standard, code or guideline applicable to the VicHub, is amended, the Service Provider may amend the Gas Specifications to be consistent with any such Law, standard, code or guideline and if so, will provide written notice to the Shipper setting out the amended specification and requiring compliance with that amended specification effective from the date established in the relevant Law, standard, code or guideline. (c) If the Service Provider provides written notice under clause 13.1(b), the Shipper must comply with the amended Gas Specifications from the date of receipt of the notice.
Gas Quality. The quality of Gas at the TTF for which the Customer makes Injection Requests and Withdrawal Requests shall be as prescribed by the TSO and any dispute as to the quality of Gas arising at the TTF shall not be determined under or in connection with this Agreement, but shall be determined separately by GSB and/or the Customer with the TSO according to rights and obligations contained in the Dutch Network Code.
Gas Quality. 14.5.1. Delivery pressure
Gas Quality. 1.1 Natural Gas delivered by [System User/TSO to be inserted] to [System User/TSO to be inserted] at [Entry/Exit to be inserted] Point in the TAG Pipeline System shall comply with the specification laid down in Attachment 1 ("Quality Specification"). 1.2 The Parties acknowledge that the Quality Specification for Natural Gas to be transported in the TAG Pipeline System may be modified by provisions issued by the competent Austrian and/or European authorities. In such event, the corresponding amendments to the Quality Specification shall be forthwith applied also for the purpose of this Capacity Contract.
Gas QualityNatural gas within the meaning of this Master Agreement is gas in gas family 2, group H in accordance with DVGW worksheet G 260:2021.
Gas Quality. Gas delivered hereunder shall comply with the quality and other specifications of Transporter's Tariff, and shall be merchantable and free from impurities that could affect its safe and normal use, and free from hazardous or toxic substances, wastes, or other contaminants.
Gas Quality a) The DFO shall install, commission, operate and maintain equipment to determine the characteristics defined in the Gas Entry Conditions of any Gas that is passed from the Delivery Facility to the System. b) The Parties agree that, not withstanding paragraph 2.10, the equipment referred to in this paragraph 2.3 shall constitute the sole equipment for the measurement of Gas quality at the System Entry Point. This equipment shall, subject to continuing and satisfactory maintenance and calibration by the DFO acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, be accepted by both Parties as providing accurate and reliable measurements. c) Either Party may request a validation of the Gas quality measurement equipment in which event paragraph 2.10 shall apply except that such validation shall be undertaken within 24 hours, or as soon as reasonable practicable, of such request and both Parties shall be entitled to witness the validation. Both Parties accept that it may not be possible to give adequate advance notification of the timing of such validation, but the Party arranging the validation will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the other Party is able to witness the validation. Until such time as validation is complete the Gas quality Measurement Equipment shall be considered to be operating in a true and accurate manner. d) Such equipment shall meet the following criteria: i. All measurement biases shall as far as is practicable be eliminated or compensated for; ii. The uncertainty of measurement shall be such that the risk of the DFO and NGN flowing Gas that they are both unaware is out with Schedule 3 of the Gas Safety (Management) Regulations 1996 is minimised; iii. The sampling system used to obtain the sample of Gas for quality measurements shall ensure that the sample is representative of the Gas passed between the System and the Delivery Facility and that no change to the Gas composition occurs between the sample point and the analytical instrument; and iv. Calibration and validation of equipment to make such measurement shall, where feasible, be traceable to national or international standards. e) NGN require that the sampling and analysis of gas quality parameters must be completed in such a time that if the gas is not compliant with the NEA then an emergency shut off valve will be automatically activated to prevent non compliant gas entering the metering system.
Gas Quality. The gas to be delivered under this Contract shall be the gases of the second gas family of gases in accordance with Code of Practice G 260 on gas quality issued by the Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches e.V. in the version applicable at the given time H- and L-Gas respectively.
