Common use of User Clause in Contracts

User. 4.9.1 Not to use the Property otherwise than for the Permitted Use; 4.9.2 Not to use the Property for any purpose which is: (i) noisy, offensive, dangerous, illegal, immoral or an actionable nuisance; or (ii) which in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord causes damage or disturbance to the Landlord, or to owners or occupiers of any neighbouring property; or (iii) which involves any substance which may be harmful, polluting or contaminating other than in quantities which are normal for and used in connection with the Permitted Use;
