Not to remove from or dump onto the Premises earth and other materials
(a) remove or dispose of in any way, any earth, sand, xxxx xxxxxx or any other fill material from the land forming part of the Premises, or
(b) throw, dispose or dump any earth, sand, gravel, waste, refuse, filth, debris or any other similar material on any part of the Premises or on the Landlord’s adjoining property.
Not to. 5.3.1 Commit any criminal offence (whether or not on the Park or in its vicinity) which causes your name to be entered on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or causes you to be subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these);
5.3.2 Use the Caravan in connection with any criminal activity or commit any other criminal offence (i.e. any offence not already subject to clause 5.
3.1) at the Caravan, the Park or in its vicinity;
5.3.3 Commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance at the Caravan or on the Park;
5.3.4 Use fireworks at the Caravan or on the Park;
5.3.5 Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the Caravan or on the Park;
5.3.6 Keep or use any unlawful drugs at the Caravan or on the Park;
5.3.7 Create undue noise or disturbance or commit antisocial behaviour at the Caravan or on the Park;
5.3.8 Carry on any trade or business from the Caravan or at the Park;
5.3.9 Permit anyone who is to your knowledge on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or a Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these) to use or visit the Caravan.
Not to. 5.3.1 Commit any criminal offence (whether or not on the Park or in its vicinity) which causes your name to be entered on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or
5.3.2 Use the Caravan in connection with any criminal activity or commit any other criminal offence (i.e.

5.3.9 Permit anyone who is to your knowledge on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or a Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these) to use or visit the Caravan.
Not to. 5.5.1.1 commit any waste
5.5.1.2 make any addition to the Premises
5.5.1.3 unite the Premises with any adjoining premises
5.5.1.4 make any structural alterations to the Premises or to make any alteration to the Premises save as permitted by the following provisions of this clause
Not to. (i) assign, charge, underlet or part with possession of the whole or part only of the Property nor to agree to do so except by an assignment or underletting or charging of the whole of the Property or an underletting of a Subletting Unit permitted by this Clause 4.13;
(ii) share the possession or occupation of the whole or any part of the Property;
(iii) assign, part with or share any of the benefits or burdens of this lease, or any interest derived from it by a virtual assignment or other similar arrangement;
Not to. 5.19.1 put up any signage or signboard on the exterior of the DEMISED PREMISES; or
5.19.2 install any fixtures and fittings o-r make any partition and addition to the DEMISED PREMISES otherwise than required by the LANDLORD; without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD;
Not to. 9.30.1. drive any unregistered motor vehicle while at the Retirement Village;
9.30.2. drive any vehicle unless licensed to do so;
9.30.3. exceed the speed limits in the Retirement Village; or
9.30.4. park any motor vehicle, motor cycle, trailer, boat, etc. on any part of the Retirement Village other than an area set aside by the Scheme Operator for that purpose and for the specific use of residents.
Not to. (a) place or affix any sign signboard fascia placard xxxx notice or other notification whatsoever to or upon:
(i) the windows or inside the Premises so as to be visible from the outside; and
(ii) the entrance doors of the Premises except for the name of the Tenant and any permitted occupiers on the doors in materials and a style and manner approved by the Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed);
(b) install Electronic Communications Apparatus or apparatus relating to Wireless Data Services except where intended only to serve the lawful occupier’s business at the Premises and only then with the Landlord’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed);
(c) operate any Electronic Communications Apparatus so as to interfere with the lawful use of Electronic Communications Apparatus or the provision of Wireless Data Services elsewhere in the Building or on any adjoining premises;
(d) grant any rights pursuant to the Telecommunications Xxx 0000 without the prior consent of the Landlord (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). When making any application for such consent the Tenant shall give full details to the Landlord of any works to be carried out prior to or as a result of the grant of such rights, PROVIDED THAT if any equipment, sign, Electronic Communications Apparatus or Wireless Data Services signs shall be placed or displayed in breach of the provisions of this paragraph and shall not be removed within 14 days of service on the Tenant of a written notice requesting their removal to permit the Landlord or its agents to enter the Premises and remove such signs, Electronic Communications Apparatus or Wireless Data Services and pay to the Landlord within 14 days of written demand the proper and reasonable costs incurred in doing so.
Not to. (a) organise or permit any gambling upon the Property;
(b) permit the sale or consumption of tobacco or tobacco related products; or
(c) use the Property for any illegal purposes nor for any purpose or in a manner that would or is likely to cause loss, damage, injury, nuisance or inconvenience to the Landlord or the owners or occupiers of any neighbouring property.
