Common use of User’s Equipment Clause in Contracts

User’s Equipment. §4.1 Access to the computer system is given to Tenant only and cannot be borrowed or leased by others. §4.2.1 Only one terminal may be connected to the com- puter network per outlet. §4.2.2 It is prohibited to connect a modem/phone to the terminal connected to the computer network. §4.2.3 It is prohibited to set up own networks from own connection. §4.2.4 Only approved TP cable must be used between outlet and terminal.
