Common use of Users of the Framework Agreement Clause in Contracts

Users of the Framework Agreement. The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation enters into the Framework Agreement on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces, the Norwegian Defence Material Agency (NDMA), the Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT) and the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB). The users are jointly referred to as the "Purchaser". The Purchaser and the Contractor are jointly referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party".
