User’s Personal or Business Property. The City shall have no responsibility for any property placed on or in any of the Facilities by the User. Furthermore, the City is released and discharged from any and all liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may be sustained by the use or occupancy of any of the Facilities.
