Using our Services. 5.1 How we provide our Service to you. We provide our Services to you subject to the Terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the App Store’s Rules, incorporated into this XXXX by reference, and with reasonable skill and care. However, please note that there are important limitations to the use of our Services, which are set out in this Agreement such as section 9, ‘Limitations on your use of our Services and Restricted Activities’. You agree that downloading, accessing and using the MobiCash App is made available free of charge and on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and at your sole risk.
5.2 We grant you a licence to use our Services. In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the Terms of this Agreement, we provide our Services to you by granting you the right to use our Services, by what is recognised by the law as a “licence”. When providing our Services to you, we grant you a license that is personal to you only, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and without the right to sublicense. We reserve all other rights. This licence is granted to you to allow you to electronically access and use MobiCash and our other Services for the purpose of facilitating the execution of payments in accordance with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the App Store’s Rules, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may download the App onto any supported Device to view, use and display the App for your personal purposes only. The Service includes any software that is supplied and/or configured by us pursuant to this Agreement for use by you. You are permitted to install and use the software for use solely for the purposes of availing of our Services pursuant to this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Using our Services. To start using our Services, you must create a profile and provide certain information as prompted by us.
Using our Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable laws. Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may discontinue your use of any Service at any time by removing the relevant code from your Properties.
Using our Services. 4.1. You must not use our services (or permit our services to be used) in a way that: breaks any laws or infringes anyone’s rights or in a way which is malicious, obscene or offensive.
4.2. You agree to provide us with accurate and correct information so we can provide you with the necessary services or contact you if required from time to time.
4.3. We can suspend or restrict the services we provide you at any time if:
i) you resell any of our services;
ii) you primarily use our service for inbound calling only;
iii) you do not use the service sensibly and within our reasonable use guidelines set out in 4.4 below;
vi) we believe that you have breached any of our terms and conditions.
4.4. You shall be liable for all charges and fees arising from the use of your Services account, or Customer Premise Equipment whether authorised or unauthorised, unless such unauthorised use is solely attributable to an act or omission on the part of National IT Services.
4.5. Unlimited local and worldwide minutes on National IT Services plans are available on the basis of reasonable use. If you use the service in a way that is inconsistent with the normal use for your service or plan we may:
i) monitor and investigate your usage; and
ii) suspend and/or withdraw the Service; or
iii) charge our standard per minute rate for additional calls
4.6. You must keep secure any password or PIN number which is used by you to access our services and ensure that is it not disclosed to any unauthorised person. You must also change your password or PIN number if we ask you to do so.
4.7. If your service is cancelled, terminated or reallocated you will relinquish and discontinue use of any numbers, voicemail access numbers and/or web portals assigned to you by National IT Services.
Using our Services. No one under 13 years of age is authorized to use the Services. If you are under 18 years old, you need approval from your parent or guardian to use the Services. You and your staff members may be required to register with RocketSpace and/or download RocketSpace mobile applications in order to access and use certain features of the Services. If you choose to register for the Services, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Services’ registration form. Registration data and other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy (details of which are available on our website). You are responsible for maintaining, and for ensuring that your staff members maintain, the confidentiality of your or their password(s) and account(s) and you are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your or their password(s) or account(s). You agree to instruct your staff members of the need to maintain confidentiality and security of their passwords and accounts and to sign out of their accounts at the end of each session. You shall notify RocketSpace immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. RocketSpace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

i) you resell any of our services;
ii) you do not use the service sensibly and within our reasonable use guidelines set out in 4.4 below;
iii) we believe that you have breached any of our terms and conditions.
4.4. If you use the service in a way that is inconsistent with the normal use for your service or plan we may:
i) monitor and investigate your usage; and ii) suspend and/or withdraw the Service.
4.5. You must keep secure any password or PIN number which is used by you to access our services and ensure that it is not disclosed to any unauthorised person. You must also change your password or PIN number if we ask you to do so.
4.6. If your service is cancelled, terminated or reallocated you will relinquish and discontinue use of any web portals assigned to you by XxxxxxxxXxx.Xxx.
Using our Services. As long as you comply with these Terms, you may use our Services for educational and non- commercial purposes.
Using our Services. 2.1. The purpose of the Services is to help you save, invest and make profits from the funds paid to us with minimal effort. You can request for your funds at any 0me on any of our pay out days. The funds in your HerVest Account are held at a bank for your benefit.
2.2. Your funds will remain in your HerVest Account un0l you instruct us to transfer any or all of your funds from your HerVest Account to your Bank Account by sending us an email at xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx We will generally transfer the requested funds from your HerVest Account to your Bank Account within three Business Days of when we receive your re- quest. It is important to know the amount of available funds in your HerVest Account be- fore instruc0ng us to transfer funds from your HerVest Account to your Bank Account. If you do not have sufficient available funds in your HerVest Account to cover the amount of the requested transfer, your request for the transfer will be declined. We may also trans- fer funds from your HerVest Account to your Bank Account without no0ce to you upon the closure of your HerVest Account as described below and at any 0me if required by applica- ble law or if we, in our sole discre0on, suspect the Services are being used for illicit purpos- es or otherwise in viola0on of these Terms.
2.3. You may not use the funds in your HerVest Account to make purchases, withdraw cash, transfer funds to third par0es, or for any other purpose. You are solely responsible for determining whether the funds debited from your debit card and the funds maintained in your HerVest Account are acceptable to you. We are not responsible for any third-par- ty fees that may be incurred as a result of using the Services, including, but not limited to, third-party fees incurred as a result of maintaining insufficient funds in your Bank Ac- count.
2.4. HerVest is not a financial adviser, and the Services are not intended to provide financial ad- vice. Your financial situa0on is unique. We are not responsible for ensuring your debit card has sufficient funds for your needs, purposes, or transac0ons. We do not make any representa0ons, warran0es, or guarantees of any kind that the Services are appropriate for you. Before using the Services, you should consider obtaining addi0onal informa0on and advice from a financial adviser.
2.5. You automa0cally agree to receive various types of alerts, including but not restricted to Emails and mobile no0fica0ons when you create an account with us.

c) we believe that you have breached any of our terms and conditions.
4.4 You must keep secure any password or PIN number which is used by you to access our services and ensure that it is not disclosed to any unauthorised person. You must also change your password or PIN number is we ask you to do so.
4.5 If your services are cancelled, terminated, or relocated you will relinquish and discontinue use of any numbers, voicemail access numbers and/or web portals assigned to you by TPC Cloud Pty Ltd any potential disruption to your service.
Using our Services. Any accessing, browsing or use of SpankChain is subject to this User Agreement. By accessing or browsing SpankChain or logging into your SpankChain account following any change to this User Agreement, you are agreeing to enter into any amended User Agreement, and be legally bound by its terms and conditions, including any of its changes. Among other things, this means that, if you access or browse SpankChain or log into your SpankChain account and use the site after a revision to this User Agreement, your use of the SpankChain platform could be affected by the terms and conditions of this revised User Agreement. You should, therefore, read this User Agreement from time to time, and we have the right to require your affirmative assent and continuing acceptance of this User Agreement, from time to time, as a condition of accessing or logging into SpankChain. If you do not agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement and all of its terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), you should not access or browse SpankChain or log into your SpankChain account. If you are a SpankChain member, you are only permitted to access your SpankChain account using your own login credentials (your username and password). You may close any of your accounts at any time. Closing an account will not affect any rights and obligations incurred prior to the date of account closure.
