Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C. 1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment. Such invoices shall be submitted for completed units of service or project milestones for the amount stipulated.
Payment Method Payment shall be made by the Contractor to the Subcontractor as follows: (choose one) ☐ - Immediately upon completion of the Services to the satisfaction of the Contractor. ☐ - Within ____ business days after completion of the Services to the satisfaction of the Contractor. ☐ - Shall be paid on a ☐ weekly ☐ monthly ☐ quarterly ☐ other ______________________ basis. Payment Terms and Billing (1) Payment shall be made only after the Client Agency receives and accepts the Goods or Services and after it receives a properly completed invoice. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, payment for all accepted Goods or Services shall be due within forty-five (45) days after acceptance of the Goods or Services, or thirty (30) days if the Contractor is a certified small contractor or minority business enterprise as defined in Conn. Gen.
Payment Upon Separation An employee or an employee's estate, will be paid for: 1) the number of days of annual leave, not exceeding 50 days or 400 hours that were accrued at the end of the previous calendar year and that remain unused; and 2) the number of days of annual leave that accrued during the calendar year in which the employee’s State employment terminates and that remain unused upon termination of state service at the time that the employee receives his/her pay check for the final period of work or the next pay period.
Settlement Method For any Option, Net Share Settlement; provided that if the Relevant Settlement Method set forth below for such Option is not Net Share Settlement, then the Settlement Method for such Option shall be such Relevant Settlement Method, but only if Counterparty shall have notified Dealer of the Relevant Settlement Method in the Notice of Final Settlement Method for such Option.
Payment upon Early Termination (a) Within three (3) calendar days after an Early Termination Effective Date, the Corporate Taxpayer shall pay to each TRA Party an amount equal to the Early Termination Payment in respect of such TRA Party. Such payment shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to a bank account or accounts designated by such TRA Party or as otherwise agreed by the Corporate Taxpayer and such TRA Party or, in the absence of such designation or agreement, by check mailed to the last mailing address provided by such TRA Party to the Corporate Taxpayer.
Payment on Death If an employee dies who was entitled to accumulated annual leave under the provisions of this Article, the heirs of such deceased employee shall be paid an amount of money equal to the number of unused hours of annual leave earned or accrued multiplied by the hourly rate of such deceased employee.
Civil Penalty Payment Method Xxxxxx shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to CARB, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form. Xxxxxx is responsible for all payment processing fees. Payments shall be accompanied by the Payment Transmittal Form to ensure proper application. CARB shall deposit the civil penalty amount into the Air Pollution Control Fund for the purpose of carrying out CARB’s duties and functions to ensure the integrity of its air pollution control programs. Should payment instructions change, CARB will provide notice to Xxxxxx in accordance with Paragraph 12 (Notices).
