When you use the Account or sign the card or sales slips, you agree to: • the terms of this Agreement; plus • any amendments or supplements to the Agreement. You may close your Account at any time. You may close your Account at any time. You can use your Account for: • Purchases; • Balance Transfers; and • Cash Advances. We may limit the amount and/or frequency of any type of use at any time. Balance transfers include credit card checks, unless otherwise disclosed. Cash advances include cash you get: • over the counter (e.g., at a bank); • at an ATM; and • from other purchases we define as “cash-like” (e.g., money orders, traveler’s checks, casino chips, or lottery tickets).

1.1.1 Complete the online application process for your Product, open a PayPal Business Account (if you do not already have one), and follow the instructions set out in PayPal’s online process to access and use your Product.
1.1.2 Integrate your Product into the payment process of your website. PayPal is not responsible for any problems that could occur by integrating your Product into your 'live' website. You are solely responsible for choosing, setting, integrating and customising your Product and ensuring that it suits your needs.
1.1.3 Activate your Product by using it in a ‘live’ payment transaction for the first time. We may allow you to integrate and use the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments API as a PayPal Hosted Integration or Self Hosted Integration. We may set either Hosting Option as your default option for integrating the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments API into the payment process of your website.

Getting Started. 4.1. Corporate customer: By entering into this Agreement, you, the corporate customer, confirm that you are not a consumer, micro-enterprise or a charity within the meaning of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (“PSR”) and agree:
a. none of the provisions of Part 6 of the PSR apply to this Agreement; and
b. regulations 61(1), 67(3), 67(4), 75, 77, 79, 80, 83, 91, 92 and 94 of the PSR do not apply to this Agreement and a different time limit may be applied to this Agreement as to the timeline set out in regulation 74(1) of the PSR.

We may set either Hosting Option as your default option for integrating the Direct Payments API or Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments API into the payment process of your website.
Getting Started. 1.1 To use our Services, you must create a Profile.
1.2 To be eligible to create and maintain a Profile, you must:
1. be a natural person of at least 18 years of age;
2. be a resident of New Zealand;
3. have read and agreed to our Privacy Notification and Consents; and
4. agree to the Profile Terms.
1.3 We may, in our discretion, decide not to allow you to create a Profile. We will notify you as soon as possible if we decide not to allow you to create a Profile.

c. Activate your Product by using it in a ‘live’ payment transaction for the first time. If you chose to use PayPal Hosted Solution, you will automatically be given access to eTerminal. However, you can access and use eTerminal on its own.
