USING THE ACCOUNT You may use the Account for: • Purchases; • Cash Advances; • Access to your other accounts at the Bank or our affiliates; and • Any other purpose that we agree to. The Primary Cardholder is responsible for and must pay us the Balance on the Account. If you want another Cardholder or any other person to repay you for any amount paid or owing on the Account, it is your responsibility, not the Bank’s, to make the appropriate arrangements with that Cardholder or other person. You must not allow any person other than a Cardholder to use the Account. If a Cardholder lets someone else use the Account or a Card, you are still responsible for any use of the Account or a Card, even if a Cardholder wanted to limit that use. We can let any Cardholder give us instructions for the Account without the approval of or notice to the other Cardholders. The Primary Cardholder can request us to issue a Card to any person without notice to any other person. We may limit the number of Cards issued on the Account. When you pay for goods and services using your Card number without using your Card or entering your PIN (for example by mail, telephone, Internet, mobile or any other electronic method), we will treat that use the same as if you had shown your Card. You may not use the Card before the valid from date or after the expiry date shown on the Card. However, if any amounts are charged to the Account before the valid from date or after the expiry date, the Primary Cardholder is responsible for, and must pay us those amounts. We can stop providing TD Visa Cheques at any time. We can also refuse to process any TD Visa Cheque. We do not allow stop payments on TD Visa Cheques. If you use the Card outside of Canada to withdraw cash from the Bank or with our affiliates, the withdrawal may be treated as a Cash Advance from the Account, rather than a cash withdrawal from your other account because of certain limitations in some countries. You agree not to use the Card or the Account for anything illegal or fraudulent. We may block use of the Card or the Account without telling you in advance if we suspect illegal, unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Account. This includes transactions relating to Internet gambling or where we have any other reasonable grounds to do so. You agree you will use the Card or the Account for personal, family or household purposes and not for business purposes. You should be aware that under U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulations, customers who are U.S. Citizens are subject to regulations that limit the use of their Cards in certain jurisdictions sanctioned by OFAC, and that similar regulations may exist in other jurisdictions that apply to their citizens.
USING THE CARD You can use your card to buy goods and services (for example at shops, restaurants and online), and to withdraw cash at cash machines.
Closing the Account You May Cancel This Agreement You may cancel this agreement for any reason within 14 business days after you receive your card for a new account or such additional period if we permit or under applicable law. If you cancel within this time, we will refund or credit any annual fee for the new account. If you use or receive any benefit associated with the account before cancellation, the value of such benefit will be deducted from any refund you would otherwise receive. If you or a supplementary cardmember authorize any charge on the account, you will be required to repay all such amounts, including applicable interest. You may cancel the agreement by phoning us at the number on the back of your card and providing us with your card number. You may also cancel by writing to us and including your name, card number and contact information.
Sending the agenda The chairperson of a Consortium Body shall prepare and send each Member of that Consortium Body a written (original) agenda no later than the minimum number of days preceding the meeting as indicated below. General Assembly 21 calendar days, 10 calendar days for an extraordinary meeting Executive Board 7 calendar days
Conditions Affecting the Work The Contractor shall be responsible for having taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Work, and the general and local conditions, which can affect the Work or the cost thereof for any Job Order. Any failure by the Contractor to do so will not relieve him from responsibility for successfully performing the Work without additional expense to the County. The County assumes no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of this Contract, unless such understanding or representations by the County are expressly stated in the Contract.
Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.
Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.
Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. The length of delay varies depending on the type and manner of deposit. For determining the availability of funds deposited to your Accounts, for purposes of the Funds Availability Policy, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All times provided below are Pacific Time. If you make a deposit directly to a teller on a business day while we are open for business (generally 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.), that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center before 4 p.m., that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center after 4 p.m., the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a BECU-owned ATM (displaying our “BECU” logo) or to a teller at a shared branch location before 3 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day of your deposit. If you make your deposit after 3 p.m. or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a drop box, a non-BECU-owned ATM, or by mailing it to us through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the day of the deposit will be the business day we process your deposit in our processing center. If you make an Online Deposit or Mobile Deposit before 7 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day ofyour deposit. If you make your deposit after 7 p.m. on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of or your deposit. Any deposited check, cashier’s check, draft, or money order that is drawn on a bank outside of the U.S or is issued in any currency other than U.S. dollars (Foreign Item) is exempt from this Funds Availability Policy. Availability of funds from deposited Foreign Items will be delayed for the time it takes us to collect the funds from the paying financial institution and may take anywhere from several weeks to several months before such deposits will be made available to you.
Employee Information Required to be Reported by Certain Consultant Contractors and Service Contractors Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006 amended the Civil Service Law and the State Finance Law, relative to maintaining certain information concerning Contract Employees working under State Agency service and consulting Contracts. State Agency consultant Contracts are defined as “Contracts entered into by a state Agency for analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental health and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal, or similar services” (“covered consultant Contract” or “covered consultant services”). The amendments also require that certain Contract Employee information be provided to the state Agency awarding such Contracts, OSC, DOB and CS. The effective date of these amendments was June 19, 2006. The requirements will apply to the covered Contracts awarded on and after such date. To meet these requirements, the Contractor agrees to complete:
