Using the Card definition

Using the Card. PayCard authorizations may result in temporary holds on funds for up to 10 days. Certain types of merchants, such as restaurants, gas stations, car rental agencies, and hotels, may obtain an authorization that exceeds the actual amount of your purchase. The amount authorized may be held for up to 10 days. For security reasons, we may limit the amount of or number of transactions you can make on your PayCard. If you wish to use your PayCard for a purchase that is greater than the balance of the funds available on your PayCard, you must instruct the merchant to charge no more than the exact amount of funds available on your PayCard to the PayCard and then you must arrange to pay the difference using another payment method. We are not responsible for a merchant obtaining authorization for more than the available balance on the PayCard.

  • Using the Card after receiving any written notice will constitute your acceptance of the amendments contained in such notice.

  • X.2 If the Bank provides the Cardholder or mediates for the Cardholder additional services associated with having or Using the Card, to use such additional services the Cardholder must consent to the conditions under which such additional services are provided, and, if necessary depending on the nature of such additional services, declare that he/she meets these conditions.

  • Using the Card and the PIN at automated fuel dispensers shall be equal to accepting the purchase transaction.

  • Communications service provider means a service provider that provides broadband service.

  • retail investor means an investor who is not a professional investor;

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • PMI means the default insurance provided by private mortgage insurance companies.

  • Home service provider means the facilities-based carrier or reseller with which the customer contracts for the provision of mobile telecommunications services.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline. Communications service includes all forms of telephone services and voice, video, data or information transport, but does not include: (1) cable service; (2) open video system service, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 76; (3) private communications system services provided without using the public rights of way or private communications system services that use the public rights of way without imposing any additional burden on the public rights of way; (4) over-the-air radio or television broadcasting to the public-at-large from facilities licensed by the Federal Communications Commission or any successor thereto; and (5) direct-to-home satellite service within the meaning of Section 602 of the Telecommunications Act.

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Dte. GHS means Directorate General and Health Services, MOH&FW.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.

  • Retail pharmacy means a pharmaceutical facility dispensing prescription drugs and devices to the general public.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.

  • Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.

  • o GENERAL HOSPITAL means a hospital that is designed to care for medical and surgical patients with acute illness or injury.
