Using Transport Provided by the Employer. a Where transport to and from the site is provided by the employer, the operative shall be paid on the basis of the basic hourly rate as shown on Appendix ‘1’ to this Agreement for the journey time in excess of sixty minutes, one way, i.e. The first sixty minutes of all such journeys will be unpaid.
