There are no fees assessed for the ACCT Guard feature, but any standard transaction fee associated with the cash withdrawal or purchase will be assessed. It is important to keep track of the value in the Card Account because it is the Cardholder’s responsibility to determine if a negative balance has been created. If a transaction is approved due to the use of ACCT Guard and it creates a negative balance in the Card Account, you are fully liable to us for the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees. You are responsible for depositing sufficient funds to bring the Card Account balance current within sixty (60) days of the Card Account balance becoming negative.
