Using your property. 3.6.1 You must keep your Property, including any garages and outbuildings, in a clean and tidy condition and in the same condition as at the start of the Tenancy (except for fair wear and tear). It must be kept free from excessive build-up of belongings or refuse that could cause a health and safety or fire risk to you, anyone else or to Property.
